HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?
My Texture Box features 100% Virgin Human hair and can last 1-3 years depending on routine care and daily maintenance. It is suggested to treat it as if it's your own to maximize its longevity.
HOW MUCH HAIR WILL I NEED?
We recommend at least 2 bundles for a full head. Any length 16 inches or longer will most likely require 3 bundles of hair to maximize the full volume of the curls since longer hair shortens the wefts. For Tape ins, I-tips and Clip-ins, we recommend 200grams.
CAN THE HAIR BE BRAIDED, BANTU KNOTTED OR TWISTED?
Yes, all of those styles are an option.
WILL THE EXTENSIONS SHED?
Minimal shedding can be expected, just like with your own hair. We highly suggest that you seal the wefts prior to installation to help reduce shedding. If you decide to comb the hair, only use a wide tooth comb and always start from the bottom of the hair and work your way up. We also recommend you use Hydration and conditioner as a detangler.
What is 3A, 3B, 3C, 4A, 4B, 4C?
My texture box features 3A hair made up of well-defined and springy curls that have a loopy, “S” shaped pattern. These 3A ringlets have a fine to medium texture with curl type benefits for lots of body and movement. 3B hair includes well-defined spiral curls that are bouncy ringlets or tight coils. Compared to our 3a fibers, 3b curls have a coarser hair texture. Type 3B curls have a fine to medium texture requiring a hair care routine that helps you maintain the moisture in your hair. 3C hair is made up of well-defined, tight corkscrews or coils with lots of strands densely packed together. Their circumference is the size of a pencil or straw. 3C curls have a fine to medium texture.
Type 4A hair is coily or tightly curled hair that can look coarse but is actually very soft and delicate. Type 4A hair has lots of tight coils and forms an “S” pattern when stretched. Type 4B hair does not have a clearly defined curl pattern, and it's soft and fluffy. Its tight coils form a “Z” shape, and it resembles a zigzag shape with sharp angles. Type 4C hair is as densely packed as 4B, just with less definition as well as more shrinkage. The hair texture, which is tightly coiled like all Type 4s, ranges from super fine and soft to coarse and wiry. It's incredibly delicate hair.
HOW DO I MAINTENANCE THE HAIR
Proper maintenance and finger combing is suggested to increase the longevity of the hair. For best results, apply sulfate free shampoo evenly to wet extensions covering the hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly and follow up with Super Moisture Conditioner. Generously apply starting at the root down to the tip. Allow the conditioner to sit in the hair for 10-15 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Combing is optional but only with a wide tooth comb or detangling brush beginning from the ends working your way up. Spray leave in conditioner liberally throughout the hair as you style it to desired look.

My Texture Box utilizes USPS Priority Mail and FEDEX. Your order will be shipped 5-10 business days after your purchase. Tracking and Proof of Shipment will be emailed or texted once your order has shipped.
MY TEXTURE BOX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped in 5-10 business days after your purchase.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY?
My Texture Box is committed to ensuring that all our customers are 100% satisfied with the purchase of their products. We will not issue refunds on any purchases. We do however offer an exchange as long as the product is received within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Any product requests for exchange must be unused and in the original condition and package. The original bands around the hair must be uncut and not taped. For any reason the product is deemed unacceptable, it will be returned back to the customer. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange and typically take 10 -14 days to fully process

Customers can send an email to customerservice@mytexturebox.com to cancel orders up to 24 hours after your order has been placed. Any order cancellations submitted after this deadline will not be honored.
